The physical space, caregiver records, 4 children's records, evacuation drills, attendance records and required posted documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. The Provider's new sickness policy was discussed. Children were observed in two small groups. 1 group was downstairs with 1 caregiver, practicing writing. The second group was upstairs, helping the Provider to prepare for lunch. The space contained age appropriate materials throughout. Interactions between caregivers and children were positive.
