Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-400-A
Description: Based on review of the emergency preparedness plan, the provider failed to have written lock-down procedures to include facility containment. Evidence: There were no written procedures for methods to alert children of lockdown, methods to secure the home, methods to account for all children, methods of communication, accommodating children with special needs, or reuniting the children with their parents.

Plan of Correction: Will add lockdown procedures to the written emergency preparedness plan today.
