Based on the ages of the children, infancy to school-age, the points totaled 9. Three of the four children were napping at the time of the Licensing Inspector's arrival. A sample of 4 children's records was reviewed. Partial information was reviewed for the Provider. The children were observed at nap time, free play, afternoon snack and at dismissal.
