A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 5/28/2019 from 9:35 am until 12:00 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of the inspection 12 children were in care with three caregivers for a total of 32 points. The sample size consisted of five children's records. The three caregiver's records were reviewed for updates. Children and caregivers were observed during free play, bathroom break, hand washing, snack, lunch, clean-up, bottle feeding, diapering, arrival, story time, educational activities, transitions and behavioral management. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Two repeat violations were found.
