An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 10:30 am - 2:30 pm with the center director. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date (see that report for details.) All staff have documentation of the mandatory VA Preservice Training and are currently certified in first aid and CPR. Two allergy action plans were reviewed and in compliance. The emergency drill log was observed - the last documented lock down drill was conducted 4/30/18.
