Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on July 17, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. through 12:45 p.m. There were twelve children in the care of the provider and two assistants for a total of twenty-eight points. No medication is being administered at this family day home. Five children's records and the records for the provider and three assistants were reviewed and updated. Areas observed were: free choice, art/play dough activity, music/song, hand washing/bathroom and diapering procedures, outside play, infant feeding, lunch preparation, and lunch. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as positive and the children seem comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
