Discussed with provider details of missing information from the renewal application. The provider should fill out either the form corresponding to an LLC or Sole Proprietor and return it to the inspector prior to expiration.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:30am-11:30am. There were 11 children (29 points) directly supervised by the provider and 2 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, 1 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today however multiple staff are qualified to administer medication as needed. Children were observed playing outdoors, being held while bottle fed, and toileting. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. No violations were cited during today's inspection.
