Technical Assistance:
We discussed children's record information.

Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during today's unannounced monitoring inspection conducted from 9:03 AM to 11:15 PM. Today, there were nine children, ages nineteen months though four years (22 points), with two caregivers. I viewed program activities, daily routines, staffing, supervision, interactions with children, equipment, posted information, menu/nutrition, lunch, diapering procedures, emergency supplies and drill records, emergency plan and training, five records for children, two caregiver records, caregiver training, indoor and outdoor areas. Regular outside activities have been scheduled, weather permitting. The caregivers have planned a variety of age appropriate learning experiences. Group time included music, stories, and discussions about weather and the calendar. The children had access to toys for choices during play time. Today, the caregivers and children wore costumes for Halloween fun. The records were well organized and there were systems in place for updating information.

No violations observed during this inspection. Let me know if you have any questions. 540/430-9259
