Discussed that the surface of changing tables, even when not in use, should not be used to store items even momentarily.

An unannounced inspection was conducted today in response to a complaint received by the Fairfax Licensing Office on October 28, 2019 regarding exposure to potentially poisonous materials. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the violation and it is deemed not valid. Please direct questions regarding this violation to Kara Wright at
