An unannounced mandated inspection was completed on 01/07/2020, between the hours of 9:35 A.M.-11:15 A.M. Sixteen children were enrolled and five children were present for a total of 12 points with two caregivers. Four caregivers? records, five children?s records, evacuation drills, first aid kit, emergency supplies, water temperature, refrigerator and freezer temperatures, and required posted information were reviewed. Children were observed during hand washing, free play, clean-up, diaper changing, music, transitions, snack, and preparation for naptime.
