An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the caregivers on February 5, 2020 to determine compliance with the licensing standards. There were 12 children present, ranging in age from 2 months to five years old, totaling 26 points. The children were watching an age appropriate movie, eating lunch, and preparing for rest. Lunch served today: fish, carrots, peaches, bread, and milk. One new child's file was reviewed - please obtain well baby exam before 30th day of enrollment. Provider does not administer medication - Medication Administration Training is required to administer medicine. First aid and CPR certification was renewed 4/27/2019 by all caregivers.
