An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) Inspection was conducted on February 4, 2020 from approximately 10:30 am until 12:25 pm. Upon entrance there were 6 children, totaling 18 points and 2 caregivers. The record review sample consisted of 5 children's records, 1 provider record, 1 caregiver record and 1 household member records. Children were observed freely playing outside and eating lunch.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover the Subsidy Health and Safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
