A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/11/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 6 children, ages 11 months-4 years, totaling 14 points and one provider present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records, one provider record and one pet record during the inspection. The provider stated that medication is not administered. The children were observed in the following activities: watching an educational video, in free choice play, diapering and during lunch. The inspector reviewed the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed hiring an assistant with the provider and reminded the provider of upcoming updates to children?s records. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
