Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 3:00 pm - 4:15 pm. There were 32 children in care with 4 staff members. The children were observed in outdoor play, free play, and snack. Snack served today was oranges, crackers, and water. The most recent fire drill was conducted 6/1/2015 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 5/1/2015. Eleven children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and radio were reviewed and in compliance. Description: Based on review of the center it was determined that not all hazardous substances were kept in a locked place inaccessible to children. Evidence: There were three large bottles of hand sanitizer located on the piano bench next to the playground exit.

Plan of Correction: Staff locked the hand sanitizer during the inspection.
