Comments:
A scheduled initial inspection was conducted today by the licensing inspector. The facility was set up ready for children with information posted, first aid supplies on site and the menu posted. Evacuation signs were also posted. The classrooms were measured and the playground checked as well. They are planning to have a fence installed on the playground. Both applicants have current first aid/CPR and will not administer medication at opening. The requested program director was determined to meet qualifications. Some but not all standards could be checked today as children are not yet in care. Criminal checks and fire/health inspections were reviewed on site. Liability insurance is current. health inspection 6/10/15 fire inspection 5/27/15 Certificate of Occupancy date 6/10/15 liability insurance expiration 4/3/16 A follow up inspection will be made to follow up on the fence. Approximate time on site: 9:40 am - 2:30 pm

Description: Based on review of information provided, the facility did not have an emergency preparedness plan on file. Evidence: The was no emergency preparedness plan completed in consultation with local authorities.

Plan of Correction: I will make revisions and submit to the county for rewiew.
