Consulted with the center administration on supplying booties for the infant classroom. Booties are not required but are certainly best practice in maintaining a clean environment for infants and crawlers in that room. Parents should have easy access to additional pairs if the ones given to them at the beginning of the week are not longer functional.

A complaint allegation was received concerning the cleanliness of the center and infant ratios. Inspections were conducted two days prior to complaint allegation being received by the Fairfax Area Licensing Office and found that the center was not unclean. It is an older building that shows is age. The ratio component of the allegation was found to be valid after reviewing tracking sheets, staff statement and parent information. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Please sign and date the report and return it to me within 10 calendar days from date of receipt. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me. Thank you Ann Dramstad Licensing Inspector 703-314-0860
