Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. Both rooms are in compliance today. Emergency escape drills, first aid supplies, accident/injury reports, insurance documentation, Fire inspection, Health Inspection are all in compliance. 3 staff and 3 children's files were reviewed. All were complete. Children were observed transitioning to outside, eating snack, and using the bathroom/washing hands.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-510-E
Description: Based upon a review of medications, one medication is not in an original box, with the prescription label attached. Evidence: Child 1's inhaler is not in the original box with the label attached.

Plan of Correction: I will speak to the parent and ask them to bring in the original container with the label attached.
