An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 6:45 a.m. and ending at 7:45 a.m. with the director and one staff. There were eight children in care ranging in age from five years to ten years old. Children were observed playing at their choice of centers. Children were observed having morning snack which consisted of their choice of an apple or applesauce and milk or eating food brought from home. Four children's records and two staff records were reviewed. There are no medications on site.
