An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. Five classes were present with all classes in ratio with direct care staff. Children were engaged in music and art classes, outside play time and transition into the preschool area. Reviewed one new staff record, medication and emergency preparation. The school has a RN on-site from 8-4 to administer any required or emergency medications. Rooms are well maintained and supplied with age appropriate materials and equipment.
