Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted by the licensing inspector today. The center owner/director was present and assisted during the inspection. Some but not all standards were checked today and a sample of staff and children's records were reviewed. Observations were done in seven classrooms today. evacuation drill 3/22/16 shelter in place drills 2/6/15 6/15/15 10/27/15 2/3/2016 fire inspection 12/21/15 health inspection 3/3/16 liability insurance 4/27/16 first aid training 17 staff MAT trained 6 staff health observation 11 staff revised emergency preparedness plan June 2015 staff/child ratios observed: 2's 1:7 toddler's 3:11 3/4's 1:10 4/5's 2:14 schoolage 2:20 2's 2:12 2-2 1/2 2:8 Most of the children were having lunch and the younger children had begun rest time. approximate time on site: 11:20 am - 2:40 pm
