Comments:
Eight children were in care during the inspection. The age range was 14 months to three years. Children were enjoying free play. Four staff are current in MAT. Inspection time 4:00pm-5:00pm

Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-510-E
Description: Based on review of medications not all were labeled with the child's name. Evidence: Child A 's medication was not labeled with the name.

Plan of Correction: I will remind staff to label all medications.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-510-N
Description: Based on review not all medications were returned to parents with in 14 days . Evidence: The last day medication was to be given was 2/8/16 for Child A. The medication was not returned to parent

Plan of Correction: we will send home the medication. We will return all medications to parents with in 14 days after the last dose given.
