Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection June 20, 2016 from approximately 10:20am to 1:15pm. The following ratios were observed with a total of 65 children present during the inspection:
Infants - 8 children with 2 staff
Toddlers - 9 children with 2 staff
Twos - 12 children with 2 staff
Threes (Preschool) - 12 children with 2 staff
Fours & Fives (Pre-K) - 17 children with 2 staff
School Age children - 7 children with 1 staff

During the inspection, the Infants were observed being taken on a buggy ride, playing on the floor with toys, sleeping in cribs, sitting in swings, being held and rocked and eating. The Toddlers were observed working puzzles and sleeping. The Twos were observed dancing, building with blocks, playing with cars and trucks, taking bathroom breaks and having their diapers changed. The Threes classroom was observed participating in circle time where they sang songs. The Fours and Fives classroom was observed playing outside. The school age children were observed eating lunch, playing games, looking at books and playing outside. Staff was observed interacting with the children and providing assistance when needed. Lunch consisted of pasta with meat sauce, green beans, apples and milk. All areas of the center including classrooms, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen and playgrounds were inspected. The center was equipped with toys and supplies and items were available to the children. Transportation is not being provided at this time.

The following information was reviewed: emergency supplies, liability insurance, injury reports, fire and shelter-in-place drills, menu, daily attendance, daily sheets, parent agreements, and staff training information. Medication is administered and medication and medication authorization forms were reviewed.
