Comments:
An unannounced inspection was conducted on July 19, 2016 to investigate a complaint regarding behavior management. Interviews were conducted, documentation was reviewed, and activities were observed. Based on the information and evidence obtained, the complaint was determined to be not valid. The inspector observed the following: Room 1 - There were 6 children with 1 staff. The children were watching a children's program, using the rest room and washing their hands. Room 2 - There were 8 children with 1 staff, and the children were coloring pictures. room 3 - There were 10 children with 1 staff. The children and staff were outside under the pavilion, and they were planting flowers in flower pots they had decorated. Room 5 - There were 9 children with 1 staff. The children were watching a children's program and washing their hands. Room 6 - There were 6 children with 1 staff. The children were washing their hands and getting ready for lunch. Room 7 - There were 10 children with 1 staff. The children were playing in activity centers. Lunch for the day included fish sticks, tater tots, cooked carrots, peaches, pudding, and milk. Inspection began: 10:35 Inspection ended: 12:20
