Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B
Description: Based on a tour of the center van, the facility did not lock all hazardous materials. Evidence: 1. On the van, there was a bottle of Windex on the floor between the front seats and a container of Clorox Wipes in the glove box. They were not in a locked area. 2. In the fours' classroom, there was a bottle of Wite-out on the desk. The label says keep away from children and flammable.

Plan of Correction: The owner removed these items from the van and reported that all cleaning products will be kept locked. The teacher removed the Wite-out.
