Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on September 20, 2016. There were 14 children present with two staff members. The posted menu indicated that for lunch, the children would be served chicken tenders, coleslaw, baked beans, whole wheat bread, peaches and milk. Observations included indoor areas, nutrition, supervision, staff/child ratios, health and safety, and the children's records. The children were observed playing in centers, washing their hands and preparing for lunch. A staff member was also observed testing the children one on one. Three children's records were reviewed. There are currently no medications present in the center at this time. The outdoor play area was not inspected due to inclement weather.
