Staff records are reviewed at the SACC main office on a separate date.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 7th 2016 between 11:00am and 11:55am. There were 41 children in the direct care of 3 staff members at the center and 14 children in the direct care of 1 staff member at a flag football event. Children were observed creating artwork with clay, reading, playing games, and playing outside. A sampling of children's records, the physical space, supervision, evacuation drills, first aid kit, medication training, authorizations, and medications were observed and inspected.
