63.2 Facilities and Programs..
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 8:00 - 9:00 A.M. There were 18 children present with 3 staff including a regional supervisor. The children ate breakfast, colored on white boards and played with toys. The exit interview was conducted with the Center Supervisor. The violation notice will be e mailed for completion.
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-140-A Description: Based on a review of children's records, the facility did not obtain a physical examination for one child.
