Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with center director and center staff. There were 76 children, ranging in age from 6 months to 5 years old. The children were having rest time, waking for afternoon snack, and enjoying the outdoor weather. Snack served today: graham crackers and applesauce. The children's artwork is nicely displayed throughout the facility. The last health inspection was conducted 8/16/2016. The last fire inspection was conducted 8/1/2016. One emergency medication for one child was reviewed and is in compliance. Three staff are certified in Medication Administration Training. Five children's files were reviewed and are in compliance.
