Today an unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted. This inspection began at 2pm and was completed 3:45pm. There were 25 children present today with 2 staff. Children were observed arriving after school. Children presented familiar with the daily routine of attendance and placing their backpacks in their individual bins. Small groups of children were observed playing table top games, electronic games and small groups of conversation. Snack scheduled today is juice and snack bars. A review of 7 children's records was conducted, walk thru of the physical plant used for programming and staff interviews completed. Three medications on site today. Authorizations and expirations were reviewed and determined to be in compliant. MAT (medication administration training) training and first aid/CPR certifications, daily health observation certificates were all verified today.
