Comments:
Licensing Inspector arrived at 10:00am and departed at 11:30pm to conduct a Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection. At the time of the tour there were 130 children in care with 17 staff present. A sample of 10 children and 10 staff records were reviewed in addition to 3 medications.

Violations:
Standard #: VENDSUB-000-031-A
Description: Based on a record review the vendor failed to ensure all components were included in the emergency plans. Evidence: The center did not have a plan for intruders, which included reunification, reunification plans for shelter-in-place or reunification plans for an evacuation.

Plan of Correction: The vendor will add all required components to the center's emergency plans.
