Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced inspection that was conducted on November 17, 2017 and December 5, 2017. This inspection was initiated from a complaint that was received by the Valley Licensing office on November 13, 2017 regarding staffing and supervision and background checks. On November 17, 2017 there were eight-one (81) children in the care of eleven (11) staff. Ten (10) staff records were reviewed an updated on December 5, 2017 at Bright Beginnings corporate office. Three (3) staff members were interviewed and all classrooms were viewed. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegation.
