51 Children were in care, the age range of the children was eight months to five years old. School age children arrived in the afternoon. Two staff were current in MAT. Children were observed during free play, snack, and outside time. Inspection time 2:00pm-4:50pm

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-500-A
Description: Based on observation staff did not was the children hands. Evidence: In the Two's room children's hands were not washed after eating snack.

Plan of Correction: We will remind staff to wash all children hands.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-510-A
Description: Based on review of six children's medication not all had parents authorization. Evidence: Child A,B,C,D,E and F did not have a parents authorization to give medications. Child E who is 15 months old did not have a doctor's authorization stating the child could be given medication that the manufacture stated was for children over the age of two years.

Plan of Correction: All medications were sent home that day.
