The following inspection took place between the hours of 10 am through 1 pm. Today, I met with the Staff of the Loudoun Valley Community Center located in the town of Purcellville, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced monitoring inspection there were a total of 78 children with 12 staff; good ratios in all 12 rooms. A total of 10 children?s files were reviewed. Staff files were reviewed on an earlier date through the County of Loudoun, PRCS main office in Ashburn. The children were engaged in the following: science, story time, bathroom breaks, hand washing, Chinese New Year, Random Acts of Kindness, Neighborhood walk, centers within their classroom, snack time, and other organized activities. If you should have any future questions, please call. Thank you. Charlie Perkins, Licensing Inspector, (703) 309-3963
