Please ensure that your first aid supplies are easily accessible to staff when needed.
An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted this date. A total of 25 children on site with 2 staff. Children were observed reading books, transitioning to bathroom and then outside to the playground. Art supplies such as paper and crayons available to the children to use freely at the table. Observation of sanitizing table tops after snack was observed. Snack today consisted of crackers and Capri Sun. A total of 10 children's records and both staff information was reviewed. Current CPR/First Aid/MAT and Daily Health training was verified. Emergency contacts for staff maintained. Note: Staff files are reviewed on an annual basis by representatives from the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Social Services, Division of Licensing, Fairfax Licensing Office and through the County of Loudoun, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services? main office located in Ashburn, Virginia. Any observed standards found to be out of compliance would be cited in a violation notice issued at that time. This inspection began at 3pm and ended at 4:20pm. Thank you for your cooperation today.
