An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 1:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m. 77 children, ages 5 months to 5 years old, were under the care and supervision of nine staff. Children were observed napping, playing with dinosaurs, reading, listening to a readaloud, and being held while drinking bottles. The playgrounds were also inspected. Required information was posted. Both the fire and health inspections are current. The last emergency escape drill was 4/30/18. The last shelter-in-place drill was 12/29/17. One medication, six children's records, and five staff records were reviewed. A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was also conducted (see separate report).
