The Inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on 02/11/2020 and 02/20/2020 in response to a complaint received on 02/04/2020. Interviews with staff were conducted relating to issues referenced in the complaint. Children were observed throughout the day and employee records were reviewed as well. Information gathered from observation and staff interviews does not support the allegations referenced in the complaint. The complaint is determined to be "not valid." There were no violations found during this complaint investigation. Findings were reviewed with the center administration on 02/28/2020.
