Standard #: 22VAC40-665-520-B-11 Description: Based on a review of records and interview, the licensee failed to maintain a written allergy care plan for a child with a diagnosed food allergy. Evidence: 1. Child #12's record indicated he has a peanut allergy. Child #12's record lacked a written allergy care plan as required for children with diagnosed food allergies. 2. In an interview with Staff #1, she acknowledged the center does not have a written allergy care plan for Child #12. Plan of Correction: The Clinic Assistant will call parent and ask for allergy action plan.
