Standard #: 22VAC40-185-560-G Description: Based on observation, children's food brought from home was not dated.
Evidence:
1. Observation was completed in both the 3 year old and 5 year old classrooms. Children's lunch boxes stored in cubbies were observed to be labeled with the children's names but were not labeled with the date.Plan of Correction: The date will be put on each lunch box going forward.
