A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on January 17, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 8:30am and ended at 10:00am. There were two (2) caregivers with 3 children in one (1) room at the time of the visit. Children were observed arriving for the day, story time, and playing with various age appropriate toys and materials. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, and the fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and outside play were inspected. There were no medications on site. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
