A monitoring inspection was conducted on December 20 2022. There were seven children
present, with one staff supervising, for a total of nine points. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records, one caregiver record, and one household member's record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-180-A Description: Based on review of two files, the program failed to ensure that each caregiver and adult household member obtains a tuberculosis screening every two years.
Evidence:
