A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on December 3, 2019 from approximately 12:45 pm to 4:35pm, to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Upon arrival to the facility, there were 99 preschool with thirteen staff members. Additional staff were on site for administrative and support purposes. The children were observed in a variety of activities included but not limited to napping, story time, singing, playing outside and preparing for the holidays. Six medications were reviewed. Eleven children's records and six staff records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
