Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 9 children (21 points) with three caregivers present. Children were observed playing outside with bubbles and toys, playing indoors with age appropriate equipment, preparing for lunch. 4 child records, 7 caregiver/household member records were reviewed.
