Standard #: 22VAC40-185-160-C Description: Based on a review of six staff files and an interview with the director, it was determined that one staff did not have an up to date tuberculosis test every two years.
Evidence:
Staff A's tuberculosis test is dated 3/30/17 and ha e not been updated.Plan of Correction: The staff will get the tuberculosis statement.
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-510-C Description: Based on a review of medication and an interview with the director, it was determined that a medication did not have up to date parental authorization.
Evidence:
Child A has a cough, mucus and congestion medication at the center and the parental authorization for this medication was dated 11/11/19 and have not been renewed every 10 work days.Plan of Correction: I will get the medication authorization.
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-550-D Description: Based on a review of the escape drill log, it was determined that there was no monthly escape drill for November 2019. Plan of Correction: I will remember to do monthly escape drills.
