An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted today, May 13, 2024, in response to allegations regarding supervision received by the department on May 7, 2024. The inspector was on site from approximately 10:00 am until 11:00 am. Interviews with staff were conducted and observations were made. Documentation was also reviewed to included attendance sheets and two children?s records. There were 28 children in attendance today with six staff. The director was present during the inspection.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law and therefore was not valid.
