Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 6, 2024 between the hours of approximately 9:15 a.m. and 9:55 a.m. There were 4 children present with the Provider for a total of 13 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed arriving to the home, engaging in free play, and preparing for a morning lesson. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. 1 child's record was reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Description:	Based on observation, empty plastic bags large enough for a child's head to fit inside were accessible to children under five years of age. Evidence: Empty plastic bags were in a storage cube, accessible to Child #2 (age: 19 months) and Child #3 (age: 3 years).
