A monitoring inspection was conducted on May 16, 2024 to follow up on previous violations. The family day home was issued a Notice of Intent to Revoke License on January 25, 2024. There were 11 children (totaling 30 points) directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, 2 children records and evacuation drills were inspected. Children were observed participating in tummy time and indoor play. There was an assortment of age-appropriate materials for the children in care. Staff were engaged and interactive with the children.
