1. Discussed the requirement for health concerns of each child be documented in their enrollment records.
2. Reviewed/trained vendor on new subsidy regulations.
3. Forms provided: attendance, new emergency plan, and child record.
- Comments:

1:10-2:30pm Annual subsidy inspection conducted. Observed 2 children = 6 points with the vendor. Children were playing with toys, eating lunch, being held, washing hands/face, and taking naps during the inspection. The vendor was promptly tending to the needs of the children. The home was found to be clean, safeguarded appropriately, and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. The vendor is currently certified in First Aid, CPR, MAT, and has a CDA. No non-compliances found today.
