A unannounced onsite monitoring inspection was conducted today there were not any children in care at the time of the inspection. Physical environment, children and household records were reviewed. Required postings, emergency evacuations drills and emergency equipment were reviewed. The provider reports that there is not any medication being administered, no transportation is offered and swimming activities will not be offered to children in care. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice and discussed with the provider during the exit interview.

Standard #: 22.1-289.036-B-2 Description: Based on record review and interview the provider failed to ensure that all household members submit to fingerprinting.
Evidence:
1 - The record for household member 1 does not include a fingerprint background check. The household member has documented date of birth as May 14, 2004.
2 - The provider confirmed that a fingerprint background check had not yet been completed for household member 1.Plan of Correction: The provider will make arrangements for household member 1 to obtain the required fingerprint background check as soon as possible.
