An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/02/2024 as a result of the provider being on enforcement watch.
There were 19 children, ages 11 months-5 years, and 14 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: free choice activities outside, eating snack, and free play indoors. A total of 14 children?s records and 6 staff records were reviewed. Two inspectors arrived at 10:05 AM and departed at 12:00 PM.

safe locking method that prevents access by children.
