An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 10:15am-11:15am. There were 10 children present with the Provider and 1 assistant for a total of 27 points. The Provider was over capacity at the time of the visit. The licensed capacity of the family day home is 5 children. The children were observed having a snack, being held, and 4 children were picked up prior to the end of the inspection. A complete inspection of the family day home space, children and caregiver/household member records, evacuation drill log, and attendance were observed during this inspection.
